Morphological Map of Under- And Overexpression of Genes in Human Cells


 Evotec collaborated with the JUMP Cell Painting Consortium and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard to deliver AI/ML- and knowledge-graph–based analyses of the largest publicly available genetic Cell Painting dataset, which profiles the phenotypic effects of perturbing approximately 75 % of the human protein-coding genome in U2OS cells. This study was published in Nature Methods.
